Damages and issues
At Magical Mailers, we hold our products to the highest standard with routine quality checks but it is still possible imperfect packs may make their way out the door. If you receive an item that is less than perfect, please email contact@magicalmailers.com with your order number and issue so we can take care of you.
Exchanges
We will not accept exchanges of items unless they are received by the customer damaged. In this case, please send an email to contact@magicalmailers.com and will take care of the issue promptly.
Refunds
We do not accept returns but do accept exchanges if the product is in new, un-used condition. The customer will be responsible for return shipping. Please email contact@magicalmailers.com to initiate your exchange.
