Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, all US orders ship free using varying services (USPS first class, USPS priority mail, UPS).
International shipping is paid by the customer and is determined based on the total weight of items in your cart and the location that you are shipping to. Once you have added your items to your cart, you will be able to see all shipping options and their associated rates.

What is your turnaround time?
Please note: Our order fulfillment time is independent of shipping.
Processing of all orders can take 2-5 business days (M-F, not including weekends)
US orders will always receive FREE STANDARD SHIPPING.
- Orders <1 lb will ship USPS first class and orders >1 lb will ship USPS priority. Once shipped, your order will typically be delivered in 3-7 business days.
For orders shipping Internationally, the customer will be responsible for shipping fees/customs/duties and are subject to longer shipping durations which will depend on the courier chosen at check out.
My order is missing. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check with the shipping company that you selected at checkout. There could be a delay with the shipping. After you have contacted the shipping company and if your order has not been located, you can contact us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.

How can I track my order?
Once your order is fufilled, you will receive your tracking number by email or text depending on the method you chose at checkout.
Do you offer payment plans?
We now offer Shop Pay on orders over $50. Once you have added all of your items to your cart, you can select SHOP PAY installments at checkout to split your purchase into 4 interest-free payments.
Do you offer wholesale?
We do not offer wholesale at this time.
I own a shop. Are we allowed to resell your products?
Yes - you may resell our products as long as:
- You email firstname.lastname@example.org to be added to our approved vendor list
- You do not claim our products/design as your own
What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns but do accept exchanges if the product is in new, un-used condition. The customer will be responsible for return shipping. Please email to email@example.com to initiate your exchange.
I recieved a damaged or imperfect order, what can I do?
At Magical Mailers, we hold our products to the highest standard with routine quality checks but it is still possible imperfect packs may make their way out the door. If you receive an item that is less than perfect, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and issue so we can take care of you!

Are your poly mailers eco-friendly?
Yes - Our poly mailers are recyclable.
Most local recycling facilities are not equipped to recycle film and bags. These items tend to get tangled in machinery which can damage the sorting equipment and cause costly facility shut downs.
So, let's recycle the right way!
Although they are not curbside recyclable, poly mailers can be brought to a store drop off location with your weekly grocery bags to be recycled properly. Be sure to remove shipping labels and additional decorative packaging before recycling.

Can you do custom designed mailers? With my design and logo?
Yes - We will now be accepting a small number of custom orders. The minimum order quantity for custom mailers is 10,000 pieces. If you are able to order the minimum quantity needed, please email email@example.com to further discuss your custom packaging.
What makes your mailers worth the higher cost?
Our mailers are made of 3.5mil thick film which is 57.5% thicker than the average poly mailer. You're paying for a higher quality product so that your items can reach their new owners in one piece, fully protected and still look beautiful/unwrinkled, creating that memorable opening experience and brand recognition!
Our designs are fully custom, they are not just chosen out of a catalog and bought in bulk. There is a creative process that goes into every design. I do market research, and customer polls, and spend countless hours working on a design software every week creating those layouts and making sure everything is perfect. We also love to use art from other small shop designers so when you support us, you support them.
Shipping is included in our pricing so there are no hidden surprises at check out!
Why do only select designs end up on bubble mailers?
There are multiple reasons why we only have certain designs on our bubble mailers. The main factors are price, storage, and rate of sale. Bubble mailers cost significantly more to produce and sell slower than our popular and fastest selling poly mailers. 1 box of 600 6x9" bubble mailers takes up the same space as roughly 10,000 6x9" poly mailers. Although we have grown our warehouse space significantly over the year, it's hard for us to store that amount of inventory as a small business. We will continue to add bubble mailers with different designs, but we continue to only have a few select designs for those.
Do you make your polymailers or do you have a company that makes them for you?
We design/work with small business designers to create the overall look and structure of our products but we do not manufacture our own products. We have highly vetted suppliers that we've established great relationships with to manufacture our mailers for us.
What is an imperfect item?
We have 3 tiers we go by to decide if a mailer is imperfect or not.
PERFECT - every detail is as expected and mailers are fully functional
IMPERFECT - slight imperfections but mailers are still functional. This could be rough edges, offset print, 90% adhesive coverage. These are items I would still use personally.
UNSALEABLE - there are issues too large that could damage the integrity of our brand. We wouldn't want these to get out and people judge the brand on these pieces so they get recycled. Examples include horrible print coverage, the adhesive that isn't tamper evident, or thinner out-of-spec mailers.

What made you want to start your shop?
I am a small shop lover who also happens to have a degree in packaging from Clemson University!
Before starting Magical Mailers, I worked full time as a senior packaging engineer for a fortune 500 company, designing retail/e-commerce packaging for very popular brands such as NUK and Rubbermaid!
I noticed I was having a hard time finding cute poly mailers after opening a small online baby boutique in 2019 and then decided between my degree and experience, I would create the packaging company of my dreams and that is how Magical Mailers sprouted in October 2020!

Will your new holiday mailers come in 6"x9" sizes?
We currently do not launch holiday prints in 6" x 9" sizes right now. Since we are still a small shop and we want to be able to provide multiple seasonal options for our customers, ordering a single size keeps costs lower (for us AND YOU!)
If you want to use the holiday mailer to ship smaller packages, simply fold the 10" x 13" down (almost in half) further and adhere to get close to the 6" x 9" size. Many of our customers do this and we personally do this every day for our smaller orders!
